After the success of last year’s CADASIL meeting we are holding a second meeting on 11 June from 10.30am to 4.30pm. This will be held in the same venue as last year, in the Clifford Allbutt building lecture theatre at Addenbrooke’s Hospital, Cambridge. Please find directions here.
We are very lucky to have Dr Saskia Lesnik-Oberstein from Leiden in the Netherlands who will give a special lecture on the potential for gene therapy in CADASIL. She is carrying out some exciting work in this area.
We will also have sessions on the symptoms that CADASIL can cause and how these are best dealt with, CADASIL patient groups and resources and the latest research in CADASIL. The draft programme for the event is available here.
There will also be a question and answer session. We are asking for questions to be sent in advance so if you have any questions you would like to be asked, please put them on your registration form or send them directly to Jess (01223 274383, email@example.com).
Registration is free and open to all, whether or not you are under the care of the Cambridge CADASIL clinic. Please register by 30th April 2018. Due to venue restrictions, spaces are limited and will be given on a first come first served basis, so register now to secure your place!
We will provide lunch which is kindly supported from the Cambridge CADASIL fund. If after registering you are unable to attend, please do let us know so that if space is short we can give the space to another person.
